“Last Thursday, my wife and I ran out of gas and coasted into your parking lot. As I stood there readying myself for a long and very hot walk, I noticed your office. My wife and I walked in and explained the hardship we were facing and if there was anyone who could help. After making sure my wife was comfortably seated in the reception area, [the receptionist] went to the back and returned with a gentleman who said he could help. He drove me to the Valero down the street, waited while I put gas in the cans I had purchased, then drove me back to my car. Those two “good Samaritans” could not have been more comforting and accommodating. They are truly a credit to and positive reflection on your organization. It came as no surprise that when I looked at the young man’s name…it was Jesus”
“My Border Collie, Abbie chipped her tooth. I took her to be seen by vet and find out if there was any other damage. She had to have the rest of the tooth(root) removed before it caused any further problems. Scheduled her for a cleaning while she was under. Dr. Bilgic did an x-ray and found two other teeth badly infected. Not able to be seen from the gum line. Had she not chipped her tooth I would have not brought her in any sooner for her teeth cleaning and she could have died from the infection in her gums. I highly recommend the dental cleaning, if your dog has bad breath or is over 4 years old and has not had a dental check, go today! Dr. Bilgic is extremely good at what he does, you will be satisfied.”
