

Ozgur Bilgic, DVM, FAVD, DABVP
Veterinarian
Dr. Bilgic was born in Turkey. He graduated third in his class of 1998 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Uludag University at Bursa, Turkey. He worked two years as a research assistant and staff veterinarian at the Department Internal Medicine, Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Uludag University. Dr. Bilgic moved to the United States in 2000 to attend a research project at Michigan State University (MSU). A year later, he enrolled in the American Veterinary Medical Association's (AVMA) Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) program and earned his ECFVG certificate in 2003. This granted him educational equivalency in the United States, and he obtained his Texas State License in April 2004.
Dr. Bilgic has a strong interest in veterinary dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry. He is also a board certified specialist in canine and feline medicine by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
