  • Processing prescription requests and food orders in a timely manner
  • Making sure you receive answers to any question with regard to your pet’s care

As happy as we are to serve you in the front office, you can also have many of these services done through our app for convenience with your busy schedule.

We are outfitted with state of the art equipment that enables us to provide high quality diagnostic services. Our doctors are progressive and always eager to learn newer, better ways to give your pet the best veterinary care possible.

Our well equipped facility is an asset in providing high standards of care, to be sure, but you, the owner, play a valuable role as well. Listening to your needs and concerns is an important part of deciding the best care for your pet.

However, we understand that the care we prescribe is only as good as your ability to comply with it. So this leads us to another service we provide: EDUCATION. Whether we are keeping them healthy, or determining the best course of treatment for them when they are sick, S&S Family Pet Hospital is dedicated to teaching your family everything you need to know about the best quality of life for your four-legged family members.

Once your pet is home, you will have a wealth of knowledge, but our support does not end there. We are available by phone for any questions or concerns you may have. We provide an after-hours phone number for additional support when our office is closed so your concerns are handled by a qualified veterinary assistant. And we will follow up with you a few days after your pet’s sick visit to be sure treatment is going as planned.

The lifetime wellness of your pet is our priority, and we will be your main resource for anything related to your pet’s care. The vast knowledge of our staff is just a call or e-mail away.
